TL;DR

Recognized PCG's project staffing issue and lack of employee skill visibility. By combining two problem spaces, I created a solution for both issues. Initial acceptance when showcasing the demo was high, target is a 60% increase in project staffing speed, as suggested by early testing.

Strategic re-scope of an over-built feature set into a focused creator portal.

TL;DR

Facilitated the design of a creator platform from 0 to 1. Then re-purposed the existing work after abandonment to pitch a standalone market-ready platform in a financially and socially safer environment. Created an improved, more ethical monetization and a more long-term, habit-forming user retention concept.

JWT Portal

Self-service ticketing portal replacing manual phone & email support.

TL;DR

JWT was drowning in support phone calls for scheduling maintenance, managing repairs and initial installation of devices. I solved ithe issue by creating a self-service ticketing portal that enabled their clients with low media literacy to create and manage tickets without having to call. We managed to reach a decrease of a bit over 40% in support calls just one month after the go-live.
